JOES CRAB SHACK HIT WITH SUIT BY EMPLOYEES

A group of close to 50 Joe’s Crab Shack staff from around the nation, including several at the Marketplace Drive Henrietta location, are suing the restaurant chain and its top executives for allegedly violating various minimum wage laws.
The former wait staff, bartenders and hosts allege they were made to do hours worth of such “back of house” duties each shift, during which they were paid the same sub-minimum wage rates they were earning while doing their regular, tip-supplemented jobs.
