Shares of EarthLink stock dipped Thursday by more than 6 percent after company reports that showed its second-quarter loss grew and overall revenues declined.
Earthlink, which employs about 450 workers in Rochester, reported a net loss of $11.2 million, or 11 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $1.1 million, or a penny a share, in the second quarter of 2012.
The company is in the process of transitioning from an Internet service provider to a provider of information technology services such as data storage and network infrastructure.
